How is Tingchao priced?
Pricing reflects team size, connected accounts, platforms covered, and message volume. All four tiers — Basic / Standard / Professional / Enterprise — are transparently priced; Enterprise additionally includes SSO, SLA-backed support and VIP expert service.
What happens if I exceed my monthly message quota?
We offer tier-specific overage packs, each valid for 12 months from purchase. Unit prices decrease at higher tiers (Basic ¥0.15/msg → Professional ¥0.07/msg). You'll be notified at 80% usage; at 100%, sending pauses until you manually top up — no surprise charges. Enterprise plans use contract-based pricing handled with our sales team.
How do channel add-ons work?
Personal WeChat is subscribed at ¥68/month. Douyin and Bilibili are licensed at ¥800/year per channel, enabled on demand. Xiaohongshu is not included in Basic; Standard and above include it.
Is there a trial?
Limited-time pilot plans are available; we tailor them to your scenario.
What does Enterprise add over Professional?
Enterprise builds on Professional with 50,000 monthly messages and unlimited workspaces; permanent data retention; 5,000 knowledge units; plus SSO, SLA-backed support, VIP expert service and special VAT invoice.
Can I cancel mid-subscription?
You can stop renewal anytime; service ends at the end of the paid period.
Do you provide invoices?
All plans receive standard VAT invoices; Enterprise supports special VAT invoices.
